Return and refunds policy


At Mara Naturals Co., we are committed to your satisfaction. Due to the natural and perishable nature of our Sea Moss products, we currently operate a no-return, no-refund policy, with a few reasonable exceptions.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing seamoss@maranaturals.com or messaging us directly via WhatsApp. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item received.

We will assess the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of the following:

a) Opened or used Sea Moss gel, powder, gummies, or capsules
b) Items not in their original packaging
c) Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
d) Sale or promotional items

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your request is received and approved, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is issued, it will be processed via the same method used during payment (e.g., TNM Mpamba, Airtel Money, bank transfer) within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a product replacement, we will cover the cost of re-shipping.
